About the Role
This role will act as a product marketing manager for several Fintech & Payment products: GoPay, GoPay Coins, GoPay Pinjam.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for marketing communications and/or promotions for GoPay, GoPay Coins, GoPay Pinjam
- Work cross-functionally with business, product management, brand, growth & internet marketing, creative, data analytics, data scientists, operations, other Business Units, and external partners to design and execute marketing activities
- Partner with business team to define an effective promotion plan with efficient budget to ensure business target achievement
- Design the communication plan, orchestrate the communication and exposure schedule, and construct creative requests to grow product awareness and support the promotion plan
- Work with data analysts and data scientists to build understanding of user segmentation, product & communication affinity, marketing performance results, and promotion sensitivity to further improve our marketing effectiveness
- Together with brand team, create supporting campaigns or tapping into Tokopedia big campaigns, while ensuring prominent product placement with accurate user targeting
What This Role Needs
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university from any major discipline, preferably Management, Communication, Business, or Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/business/product marketing in financial services/technology/FMCG industry
- Ability to work as a part of a team, and build relationships with cross-functional team groups & division across all levels
- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats and sources
- Fast learner, strong problem solving, business acumen, proactive & positive attitude
- Outspoken, good communication skill and data presentation both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Flexible and willing to explore new initiatives and open new discussions
- Creative mindset to submit creative briefs and provide feedbacks to visual assets/copywriting produced by our in-house creative teamWell versed in Google Slides/Google Sheets/Excel producing slide reports and simple analytics
