Job Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our brand's identity, ensuring its consistency across all marketing and communication channels. You'll work closely with various departments to execute brand strategies, monitor brand performance, and make recommendations for enhancing our brand's reach and impact.
Requirements
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- At least possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience min. 5 years in brand management or related roles.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Data-driven and analytical, capable of using insights to guide brand decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Adaptability to evolving market trends and willingness to take calculated risks.
- Passion for the brand's mission and the ability to effectively convey that passion to others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive brand growth.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, optimising spending for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in target markets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the marketing team.
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, presenting insights, results, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sales goals.
