A Hotel in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front Office (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the hotel's services
  • Handle guests' check in and check out
  • Receive and record payments either via credit card or cash and provide receipts
  • Answer guests' queries as required
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters and packages and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven work experience as a Front Office or in a similar role in the Hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Ms. Office, Google Drive, Google Suite, Wave Accounting and WhatsApp Business
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail and computer skills
  • Flexible, open minded, good attitude and willing to learn
  • Able to follow procedures
  • Confident to speak up and recommend improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,500,000 per month
