- Conduct activities in recruitment process as targeted :
1. Candidate Sourcing
- Post job vacancies on various platforms,
- Carry out event activities related to sourcing,
- Cooperating with the implementation of jobfair all regions.
- Procurement of flyers, e-flyers, job vacancies posters.
2. Candidate Selection
- Screening CV
- Schedule and conduct first interviews
- Schedule next interviews with use
3. Assist supervisor in candidate offering process
- Provide information regarding job description to sales force
- Compensation and benefit sales force
4. Day to day maintance and update
- Daily report on status update (selected candidate, invitation candidate, etc)
