Qualifications :
- Possess a minimum S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Legal or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in Human Resources, Legal, and General Affairs within the real estate sector.
- Candidates must be at least 35 years old.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) usage.
- Experienced in crafting and defining role specifications and KPI to assess the performance and accomplishments of the entire holding company.
- Proven expertise in managing the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Strong background in legal drafting to create and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents as per the company's requirements.
- Experienced in coordinating with third-party vendors for various services, including facilities management and other general affairs responsibilities.
- Expertise in estate management to ensure efficient use and maintenance of company properties.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
