Job Description :
1. Manage day to day critical Data Center asset operations and security operations.
2. Follow policies and procedures to meet required SLAs.
3. Responsible for colocation data center service providers to meet contracted performance SLA’s.

4. Monitor service delivery performance against targets and customer service indicators.
5. Build and maintain high team leader morale, and positively cascades corporate and departmental communications.
6. Analyze and execute improvement plans.
7. Highlights any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirement :
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Management field
2. Proficiency in Microsoft office, working e-flow documents report.
3. Experience working with multiple infrastructure teams, project teams.
4. Highly driven, self-managed individual. Greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience.
5. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
6. Can communicate by Mandarin and English.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
