A beauty clinic in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Accountant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting transactions, bank reconciliations and depreciation
- Manage month-end and year-end closing
- Fill up all tax reports monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity to the director
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as an Accountant or in related positions
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and software
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Patience, critical thinking, creativity, honesty, responsible and good communication skills
