A Women's Surfwear Store in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Store Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates as well as ensure they meet sales goals and customer service standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and visually appealing to customers
- Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers regarding surf equipment and apparel
- Hire and train new employees when needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven 2 years of experience working as a Store Manager or in a similar role in a surf shop or sports-related industry
- Passionate in surfing and knowledgeable of surf equipments and apparel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Shopify and point-of-sale software
