About the Role

As our People Technology - Functional Associate you’ll report to IT PAC (People and Culture) Information System Lead. You are responsible to perform assessments, system implementation, and program change in the IT PAC technology ecosystem. The incumbent will be responsible for functional configuration in People Systems such as Workday, Darwinbox, and other associated technologies. You will be responsible to create & maintain documentation of changes, audit reports, and other technical documentation requests.

Additionally, a successful incumbent will participate in unit testing for break fixes, small enhancements, and large initiatives in the respective domains. About the team

Our IT PAC (People and Culture) Team is part of the larger IT Enterprise Systems Team under the CIO Organization. IT Enterprise Systems Team, which has more than 50 team members globally, supports and enables business and functions. Working alongside all business and functions, we oversee all internal and enterprise systems, including but not limited to finance, people services, productivity, sales, operations, internal security access, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email. Currently, our team has been busy working on transforming GoTo Hire2Retire business processes and systems, which will help the company to scale, grow, be efficient through automation, and be compliant.
