Head of Sales - On Premise/ HoReCa [Indonesia]


 
  • Experience in FMCG company is preferred
  • Experience managing On Premise is a must
Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategies and budget to meet revenue/sales targets, service level, and quality assurance.

    • Managing On Premise
    • Oversee the development, implementation and continual improvement of an effective and efficient sales process.
    • Develop sales strategies by studying business strategies and marketing plans, revenue goals, determining pricing, and responding to company's needs.
    • Develop and implement advertising sales budget to meet revenue/sales targets.
    • Prepare sales reports to the management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
    • Minimum of 10 years experience in FMCG Industry
    • MNC experience is preferred
    • Experience managing Modern Trade market is preferred
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Strategic and critical thinker
    • Able to work in a dynamic environment
