Our long-standing partner is one the world's leading fitness operators and due to their ever-increasing expansion, are now seeking a General Manager to lead operations and growth in Indonesia.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and accomplished senior fitness executive, accountable to both club build-out and to club operations. Competence in B2B sales and presentation skills is also highly desirable.
This role would suit a senior figure who has at least three years experience of the Indonesian fitness market and more than five years of multisite fitness sector experience.
An excellent communicator who enjoys working both independently and with a multinational team, the successful candidate will be seeking a long-term role that is both challenging and rewarding and targeted very much toward growth.
The ability to speak English fluently (written and spoken) is a prerequisite and it is advantageous to be able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesian (although this is not essential).
